Unbelievable customer service! I would highly recommend this storage unit facility to anyone looking for a place to keep your valuables for a fair price this is the place! The owners and the manager of this facility is excellent to work with! They make sure that the unit is clean as new when you move in and the buildings are strong, water tight, and they keep the mice out of units better than anywhere I've ever kept my stuff before! You call them first and it will most likely be your last call you'll make! Thanks for taking pride in your business and still having the good home town values with your customers!
Clean storage. I don't like the fact I have to remember to send a check in every month. It is a little expensive too.
Storage units are clean and owners of the buisness are very polite and helpful.
Bad units to keep your things. Unfortunately they were the only place in town with a unit available and we needed one right away. Whenever it rains my unit began to flood because of poor construction. Mice were found in my unit, and it was not properly cleaned before move in. In the middle of my lease the owners decided to raise the rent from 88/month to 94/month. I would not use these units if possible. Take your money and belongings somewhere else.
I would strongly encourage this storage unit to someone looking for a good unit either short term or long term. From the first phone call to current they have always been very helpful and very nice! Customer service is very big to me no matter what product or service Im getting and I was very impressed with the customer service I receive here. I like that I can access my unit 24/7 but yet I know my belongings are safe and secure. IF I ever have an issue with something, all I have had to do is contact them and they make it right. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. You will not be disappointed.
