With a fully loaded '72 Bronco, both on the carrier rack and people inside, I blew a water pump on the way up Cottonwood pass. Had to coast most of the way down, rent a hotel and hope that I could find the part for the '96 Ford 351W motor I had in my Bronco. Well, got up at 7:30 Saturday morn, gave them a call and they had all parts I needed. Walked about a mile to pick them up and they gave me a ride back to the hotel and said if I needed any more parts, give them a call and they would come help. Great people, great attitude and very hospitable.
as many Toyota's that roll through BV you'd think that the local auto parts store would carry Toyota products. the 2nd star is only because of the personal service of the staff, and the dog. lol
Returned parts purchased the day before which weren't going to work and hoped to find an alternative for those returned. One person behind the counter on the phone, who continued the phone conversation all through refund process.
Refused to pull codes. Said they don't do that anymore..... Otherwise have been good, previously.
