This is a really great, interesting place. They have good burgers, but the place they really shine is in their salad bowls. You pick the style of bowl, then add a protein. Nice big portion, and definitely not your typical salad. I tried the Moroccan with pulled pork and it was delicious. Fast, friendly service. Dog friendly. Outdoor seating. If you are traveling through Buena Vista, it is really worth the stop.
This place is outstanding! A wide variety of meal choices, plenty of which could be deemed as healthy. Beautiful salads, delicious smoked meats, more flavors and variety on one plate than I can pull into words. Creative cocktails and great beers on tap as well.The service is unique and works really well. You order up front, have a seat (awesome patio with live music), and the food and drinks are delivered to your table. ALL members of the service staff are at your assistance and everyone we encountered was overly friendly and helpful.
Fresh atmosphere. Modern, unapologetic food and drink options. Roasted Brussels sprouts salad was hearty, delicious and simple. Kombucha on tap is a win for me. Service was genuinely attentive and friendly without excessive schmooze, which I appreciate. Will definitely be my stop passing through.
Stopped here after camping on Mt Elbert for the weekend. Great service, very friendly, and the food was tasty. A cooler spot with interesting choices and options, which I didn't expect from Buena Vista. Great to see!
My wife and I had dinner one night at House Rock Kitchen while staying in Buena Vista. It was recommended by our rafting guide and a it was a good recommendation. The restaurant was busy so we sat at the bar to eat. The bartender was very friendly and provided good service. We both had barbecue and it was very good. We would definitely eat here again if visiting Buena Vista.
