Food was okay. Service was excellent.The chips with the standard complimentary chips and salsa were not fresh. They were straight from a bag and you can tell... The salsa was fresh, and tasty, but also the most mild I've ever had.Very yummy beans, bland rice, meat in the Colorado burrito was... Different? Beef cubes with the texture to imply they came from a can. Absolutely do not recommend that. The green chili (made with pork), was quite tasty and was excellent over the cheese enchiladas. The green chili is a bit salty, so be prepared for that. Service was prompt, attentive, and genuine. Our sever was bubbly and chatty. We instantly felt welcomed into her restaurant and didn't miss a beat throughout the meal. The owner even came over and talked with us about our hike and his family/adventures. Nice little spot for a quick meal.
Very good food and BOGO Margaritas! Had beef tacos and appetizer sampler and it was HOT and delish. Chips and salsa were very good too! The servers were absolutely wonderful, very attentive, and efficient. Not sure about the other negative feedback listed here, but we would definitely recommend to friends and family. Love the reason behind the name "Lorenzo's" - ask them about it!
The food was pretty good. We were a large group and service was handled very well. We all had a lot of the same things. I was the only one to have a pork tamale and I spent the whole night and next day in agony. I am pretty sure it was the tamale. The timeing is correct and no one else was sick.
5 stars, two thumbs up, standing ovation. Stopped by here after a hike on a recommendation from a local. Best decision we made all day. Absolutely delicious food. Best guacamole I've ever had. Can't wait to come back here again after my next hike in the area.
Extremely disappointed we (my family and myself) though we were about to eat authentic Mexican food and no. This place is an Americanized "Mexican" food restaurant. The food was not good and portions were too small for the price. The service was horrible!!!! We were seated and had to ask for menus after we saw that 2 separate couples that were seated after us had menus already and were getting ready to order. Then to top it a family who also was seated after us had their food before us. My food came with sour cream, i figured it would be on the side of my plate or on top of my food never expected it to be on a side dish so I asked the waitresses for it and her answer was "i only have 2 hands". My burrito looked like an enchilada i guess it was supposed to be smothered but it only got the color. The rice, beans and salad portion were a joke it was a child's portion instead. I will never visit again and will also tell all my friends and family not to visit. We spent $75 on nasty food & service. Its so not worth it save your money and go elsewhere to eat if you like REAL AUTHENTIC Mexican food with good service.
