Best KOA I've stayed at so far! Staff was amazing. Campgrounds were super clean.. bathrooms clean. Super impressed! Thanks again!
What a great little campground! Helen the host was a delight. The campground rates are very reasonable and the little cabins they have are adorable! The showers and all the amenities were very clean and well kept, and they RAKE the dirt after you leave, I mean who pays that much attention to detail?! What a great experience and we will definitely be going back! Make sure you visit St Elmo ghost town while you're there. It was a fantastic trip!!
Great views of the surrounding mountains. Bath house consisted of a private room with a shower toilet and sink. It was super clean and felt more like a personal bathroom than a communal bath. Sites were adequately spaced but there was no privacy they are all out in the open from what I could see. No road noise as the campground was far enough away from the road. Warning: the sand and dirt will blow around and get on everything.We were covered in grit the whole time we were there.
For a camp ground, this was great. We were in town for the color run and camping the night before went well. The tent sites have fire pits and are nice and clean. They have restrooms and showers with warm water. It was a good time. I really think we'll go again if we are in the area.
Staff are all so nice. Sites are fair and some are on the small side , meaning close together. scenery is spectacular.
